Captain VIKRAM Batra from a small village called Ghuggar in the Palampur, he is 
   the brave army officer of our country who showed his valour in the Kargil war in 
  1999. He was awarded the highest bravery award of the india, the Param Veer 
  Chakra posthumously. He was been member of 13 JAK RFL on dated 7 July 1999
  he gave his life to India in Kargil war. I pray to God to comfort his soul.




    
Shanta Kumar
 
Shanta kumar is an Indian politician who was the 3rd chief minister of Himachal 
 Pradesh from the dated 22 June 1977 to 14 February 1980. He is a member of 
 Bharatiya janata party. His political career began in 1963 when he was elected as 
a Panch  in the Gram panchayat for Garhjamula.

 2007 to 2012  minister Forest, environmental, science and technology and  2014 to
2019 minister of Health and Family Welfare. And now he is working as a president of 
Bharatiya Janata party incumbent.

Government at various positions. He is also a member of the Executive Council, Indian

LL.B. degrees following his education at Doba collage in Jalandhar and Guru Nanak dev University, Amritsar.

Anurag thakur is a minister of state Finance and Corporate affairs on the dated 
30 may 2019. He the son of Prof. prem kumar dhumal. Anurag Thakur is also

   Rajeev Nayyar
Rajeev Nayyar  is a former Indian first-class cricketer who played for Himachal Pradesh
In 1999.  He set the record for the longest first-class innings of all time by batting for 
1,015 minutes  in a Ranji Trophy match against Jammu and Kashmir. He made his 
first-class debut at the age of 18 for his home state Himachal Pradesh during the 
1986–87 Ranji Trophy, one year after the state was granted BCCI's accreditation.


    Harsh Mahajan
Harsh Mahajan(ex- Animal Husbandry minister of Himachal Pradesh), son of a former 
Vidhan Sabha Speaker and Cabinet Minister, Des Raj Mahajan. He was the President 
of State Youth Congress from the time being of 1986 to 1995. He has been the 
Parliamentary Secretary from 1994 to 1998 and has served as Animal Husbandry
Minister.

        Yashwant Singh Parmar
Yashwant singh parmar was an Indian politician and leader of  indian National Congress and 1st chief minister of Himachal pradesh on  8 March 1952. 1 July 1963  he again became the Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh. He was born at Chanhalag village near Bagthan in a rajput family.  He studied in the Christian College in Lahore and later received his PhD from Lucknow University. He is  really a great man in Himachal. He also wrote a book called Polyandry in the Himalayas. In himachal pradesh there are also a college that's name is Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry and this college located in district Solan of Himachal pradesh.

         Virbhadra Singh
Virbhadra singh is an Indian politician and 4th Chief Minister of Himachal
Pradesh. He was born on 23 June 1934 in Sarahan tehsil.  He won six
times the seat of chief minister in himachal pradesh he broke the record.
He is a member of the Indian National Congress.  Virbhadra Singh
became the Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh for the first time in
April 1983 and held the post until March 1990. He also appointed 
4 times as a Minister,(Minister of State for Tourism, Civil Aviation in
1976 to 1977, Minister of State for Industries in 1982 to 1983, Minister
of Steel in 2009 to 2011 and Minister of Micro, Small and Medium
Enterprises in 2011 to 2012. He is very incredible man because six
times he become a chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh.  His wife
Pratibha Singh, was a Lok Sabha member from Mandi he has 5
children (1 son and 4 daughter) Son name was  Vikramaditya singh and
daughter's name was Abhilasha Kumari, Aparajita Singh, jyotsna kumari,
anuradha kumari.

       Preity Zinta

Preity Zinta is an Indian film actress. She has worked in Hindi films of Bollywood,
as well as Telugu, Punjabi, and English language films. Preity Zinta born 31 January
1975 in army family. Her first acting debut film is “Dil Se..” in 1998, she also won
a Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut and Filmfare Award for Best Actress in

Bijli Mahadev Temple Kullu

  Bijli Mahadev Temple Bijli Mahadev is one of the sacred temples of Himachal Pradesh. It is located at an altitude of about 2,460m from Kullu valley. Kamaksha Devi temple

  Kamaksha Devi Temple Kamaksha Devi temple is dedicated to Goddess Durga this temple is located in Kao this is a small town of karsog tehsil. This temple is situated on the top of one hill and this temple fully made of wooden. It is believed that the devil Manhishasur and Goddess Durga war on this place.  Manhishasur was in the form of a buffalo and hence every year on the time of Navratri evening numerous buffaloes sacrifice at this temple but now in the Indian Constitution sacrifice of animals is not allowed in India.  Kamaksha Devi temple was full of different kinds of idols.
