Museum and Art Gallery in the Chandigarh is a very old and famous Museum in India this museum is a collection of different kinds of sculptures such as Buddha sculptures these sculptures also called Gandhara sculptures and miniature paintings Pahari and Rajasthani miniature paintings. This museum was an existence in 1947 to the time of the partition of India but the museum actually established on 6 May 1968 in Chandigarh. The Museum and Art Gallery was designed by the French architect "Swiss born" and "Le Corbusier" along with his associate architects "Pierre Jeanneret", "Manmohan Nath Sharma", and "Shiv Dutt Sharma".

This museum is situated in sector 10c Chandigarh and 6 Km from ISBT 43 sector Chandigarh.

Kamaksha Devi Temple Kamaksha Devi temple is dedicated to Goddess Durga this temple is located in Kao this is a small town of karsog tehsil. This temple is situated on the top of one hill and this temple fully made of wooden. It is believed that the devil Manhishasur and Goddess Durga war on this place. Manhishasur was in the form of a buffalo and hence every year on the time of Navratri evening numerous buffaloes sacrifice at this temple but now in the Indian Constitution sacrifice of animals is not allowed in India.
